These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Lendel VIP Cleaning LLC, a Washington State limited liability company doing business as "Lendel VIP Cleaning" ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your use of our website at lendelvip.com (the "Site") and the cleaning services we provide.
By accessing the Site, requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise engaging with the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Services Provided
1.1 Scope of Services
Lendel VIP Cleaning LLC provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:
- Residential cleaning: Standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning for homes, apartments, and condominiums
- Commercial cleaning: Office cleaning, retail space cleaning, and post-construction cleanup for commercial properties
- Short-term rental (STR) cleaning: Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers, linen service, and amenity restocking
The specific scope, frequency, and pricing of each service engagement is agreed upon at the time of booking and confirmed by the Company. All services are performed within our service area: Vancouver WA, Clark County, and surrounding Southwest Washington communities within approximately 50 miles of Vancouver.
1.2 Service Standards
We perform all cleaning services with reasonable care and in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for residential and commercial janitorial services in Washington State.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- Service requests may be submitted via phone, email, text message, or our online contact form
- A booking is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from the Company (via text, email, or phone)
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our sole discretion. If we cancel a confirmed booking, any prepayment will be refunded in full
- You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property, including size, condition, access instructions, and any special requirements
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
- Prices listed on the Site and communicated during quoting are estimates unless a flat rate is explicitly agreed upon in writing
- Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition, size, and scope of work upon arrival. If additional work beyond the original scope is required, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding
- Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any pricing changes before your next scheduled service
3.2 Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning service unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in advance
- Accepted payment methods: cash, Zelle, Venmo, and credit/debit cards
- For recurring service contracts, payment terms will be specified in the service agreement
- Late payments may be subject to a late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater, assessed after 15 days past due
- Unpaid balances may be referred to collections. You agree to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney fees incurred in collecting overdue amounts, to the extent permitted by Washington law
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

- Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated via phone, text, or email
- If the Company must cancel or reschedule due to weather, staffing, or emergency, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and reschedule at no additional cost
- Recurring service clients may modify or pause their service schedule with 48 hours' notice
5. Access to Property
- You agree to provide safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed-upon date and time
- If access is via lockbox, key, or entry code, you represent that you have the legal authority to grant such access and that the information provided is accurate
- If our team is unable to access the property due to incorrect information, locked doors, unleashed pets, or other barriers, a lockout fee equivalent to up to 100% of the scheduled service may apply
- We are not liable for any security issues arising from the access method you choose to provide
- You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner, authorized tenant, or property manager of the property and have the legal authority to engage cleaning services
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service:
- Notify us within 24 hours of service completion, specifying the areas of concern
- We will schedule a return visit to address the specific issues at no additional charge
- The re-clean must be performed within 72 hours of the original service
This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- The property conditions must not have materially changed since the original cleaning (e.g., no new occupants, pets, or events)
- The re-clean covers only the specific areas identified in your complaint
- This guarantee does not apply to services disrupted by factors beyond our control (e.g., non-functional plumbing, pest infestations)
7. Liability and Limitations
7.1 Insurance
Lendel VIP Cleaning LLC carries general liability insurance to protect against accidental property damage and bodily injury arising from our services. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
7.2 Property Damage
- We take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property and belongings during our services
- You must disclose the location of fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items (exceeding $500 in value) prior to cleaning. We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed
- Any property damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of service completion with photographic documentation
- Our liability for accidental damage caused by our team is limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement, at our discretion, not to exceed $1,000 per incident or the value of the cleaning service, whichever is greater
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from defective or improperly installed fixtures
7.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY WASHINGTON LAW (RCW 19.86 ET SEQ.):
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or business interruption, arising from or related to our services
- Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to any single service engagement shall not exceed two times (2x) the amount paid for that specific service
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
7.4 Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Inform us of any hazardous conditions, including but not limited to: mold, asbestos, biohazards, pest infestations, or unsafe structural conditions
- Secure or remove firearms, medications, valuables, and cash before our team arrives
- Ensure pets are secured or contained during service. We reserve the right to skip areas where unrestrained animals pose a safety risk
- Provide a safe working environment free from harassment, threats, or hostile conditions directed at our staff
We reserve the right to immediately cease service and leave the premises if our staff encounters unsafe, unsanitary, or threatening conditions, with no refund or credit provided.
8. Health, Safety, and Cleaning Products
- Our team uses professional-grade cleaning products that may contain chemicals. A list of products used is available upon request
- Eco-friendly and hypoallergenic cleaning products are available upon request and may be subject to a surcharge
- If you or your household members have known chemical sensitivities or allergies, you must inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs
- We reserve the right to decline service at properties with conditions that pose a health or safety risk to our staff, including but not limited to severe mold, biohazardous materials, hoarding conditions, or active pest infestations
9. Keys, Entry Codes, and Security
- If you provide a key, lockbox code, garage code, or alarm code, you do so at your own risk
- We will handle keys and access information with reasonable care and will not duplicate or share access information with unauthorized third parties
- In the event of lost keys attributable to our negligence, we will cover the cost of replacement keys or re-keying, up to $250
- You are responsible for updating us if access codes or alarm codes change. Service interruptions due to incorrect codes may result in a lockout fee
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and code — is the property of Lendel VIP Cleaning LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Site content without our prior written consent.
11. Website Use
- The Site is provided "as is" for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests
- We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
- You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Site's operation
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Good Faith Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from or related to our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith. Please contact us directly by phone or email. We commit to responding to all complaints within 5 business days.
12.2 Mediation
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, either party may request non-binding mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator or through the Clark County Dispute Resolution Center (authorized under RCW 7.75). Mediation costs shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
12.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lendel VIP Cleaning LLC, its owner, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your provision of inaccurate information regarding the property or its conditions
- Claims by third parties arising from your authorization of our access to the property
- Any violation of applicable law in connection with your use of our services
14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government orders, power outages, labor disputes, or civil unrest. In such events, the affected party will notify the other party promptly and both parties will work in good faith to reschedule or adjust the service.
15. Non-Solicitation
During the term of our service relationship and for 12 months after the last service performed, you agree not to directly solicit, hire, or engage any Company employee or contractor for personal or third-party cleaning services outside of the Company's business. Violation of this provision entitles the Company to liquidated damages of $2,500 per occurrence, which the parties agree is a reasonable estimate of the Company's damages.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement or quote provided for a specific engagement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the subject matter herein. No oral or written statements outside of these documents shall modify these Terms unless agreed to in writing by both parties.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. For clients with active recurring service agreements, we will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
